How To Pre-Order
To remain accessible to our valued customers throughout the off market season, we have created a sustainable pre-order system! This is a wonderful way to cut down on food waste and support our local farmers, bakers, and producers - all while continuing our favorite tradition of gathering weekly.
To participate in this Community please feel free to browse our vendors by clicking their name above, or the menu on the top right of the page.
Each vendor will outline their prefered method of pre-order. Some may have a quick form to fill out, others may direct you to their Facebook page.
Each vendor will decide on their prefered method of payment, outlined on their order page.
Each vendor will also outline a specific cut off time for pre-orders, as some require upwards of three days to prepare.
Each vendor may attend for the entire two hour pick-up window on Tuesdays, while others may attend for less. They will outline their hours on their page.
Then once you have completed your orders, we look forward to meeting with you on Tuesday, where you can collect all orders in one convenient location.
Order pick-up will be every Tuesday between 4pm-6pm at The McMillan Community Garden in Parksville, BC.
